  The one star is for today's event only. Showed up to pay water bill on due date Friday as I have for 19 years to find a note on door that they were closed on a Friday to honor Saturday's Veterans day. Drove back on Monday but the young man refused to waive the late fee. This is the first time they have been closed on the due date. They, in the past, make the due date the Monday after the Friday if they are closed.
  
  And to think, the ladies bent over backwards to help me get my folks set up before moving up here. And are VERY pleasant every month i'm there. They must have been out to lunch today. I'm sure things would have gone differently had they been there.
  
  They get NO STARS for their website !!!! This is November ... the last update is August. Would have been nice to know they planned to be closed on due date.
